The 23rd International Symposium on Theoretical Aspects of Computer Science (STACS 2006) took place in Marseille, February 23-25, 2006 and was organized by the Laboratoire d'Informatique Fondamentale de Marseille. Proceedings of the conference are published in Springer LNCS 2884.


[Thu Mar 2] The conference is over and pictures are available online.

[Tue Feb 21] The Conference Dinner will take place in Le Moulin de Gémenos.
The event will occur on Friday evening. Buses will start from the conference place (CMI) at 6:15pm.

[Wed Feb 8] The Conference Dinner will take place on Friday evening,
if you require specific dietary needs, please contact the organizing committee.

[Tue Feb 7] Extra banquet tickets (€60):
If you wish to buy extra banquet (friday night) tickets,
send an email to stacs@lif.univ-mrs.fr saying so and
we'll reserve an extra seat for you. Payment of extra banquet tickets
will be made on the morning of the first day of the conference.
Only registered participants are eligible for extra banquet tickets.

Early registration fees is €222 until January 15th, 2006
and the late registration fees €333 after this date.

The program committee selected 54 papers out of 283 submissions.
Registration informations and STACS-tistics will follow.

Authors can still access to their submissions on the server.
Thank you for your 283 submissions!
PC members and referees are now working on selecting about 50 papers.

[Mon Sep 12] Extended deadline for submission: Sunday 18th September
